Flanagan was a reporter with ESPN between 2000-2006. She reported on college football for ESPN sideslines starting in 2000 through 2006. She was an official reporter on the sidelines during the College World Series the Women's Tennis Association's tour championships men's college basketball and in the NCAA Women's basketball championship. Flanagan reported on the Lakers Dodgers Angels UCLA USC USA Chargers and the Dodgers Dodgers Angels. She covered the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament, college football bowls games as well as spring training games for the NBA.
